The Valley Hood Pirus (VHP), are primarily an African-American Piru gang, located on the Northern Edge of Seattles Central District. Their neighborhood is Madison Valley.
The Valley Hood Pirus are allies of all Bloods/Pirus, including the Seattle Mafia Pirus and the Villians Of Society. Rivals include: Holly Park Crips, Holly Block Hellraiser Crips, Down Wit The Crew and the Highway Hoover Criminals.
operating inside of Madison Valley neighborhood on the northern edge of Seattles Central District. Valley Hood Piru consists of 4 different sections 2900 blk, TreO, 19th ave, & The 7/MLK. This gang is a branch off of the Compton California Elm Street Pirus also with close relations to the South Central LA Harvard Park Brims. VHP has a bitter rivalry with the Southend of Seattle mainly the 74 Hoover Criminals. This rivalry has been ongoing for several decades. Both gangs have been operating in these areas since the early 1980s. Seattle being one of the first cities outside of California afflicted by LA Gang culture due to the trafficking of Crack Cocaine around the USA.
